Bottle at home picked up from Sourced Market. Clear yellow straw coloured pour with a white frothy head. Fine bubbles. Aroma is punchy fragnant saison yeast, with orange peel and some spicy notes. Also some citrus in the nose. Flavour is crisp and refreshing grainstore cereals, then grassy, orange zest. Firm slightly rough citrus bitterness lingers. Palate is crisp and finishes dry. High carbonation tingles the tongue. Really good yeast character. Slight numbing effect on the tongue. Good saison. Bitter twang is slightly off-putting.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Pale gold hazy lasting thin white head. Orange flora aroma. Intense big and rather fantastic. What a fabulous saison. Of all the saisons that have been done in the last few years in London this is one of the best. A little bit of soap, a little bit of biting hop flavour but the orange flora flavour dominates it all. Really rather good. Love the orange flavour and goes well with the amarillo and the saison yeast. yep, pretty good. To be perfect it would just be a bit more bitterness.
