The salt and rosemary come through well. More interesting than it is delicious but it would pair very well with a very sweet chocolate dessert.

Pink head, not very stable, over foxy pink to terra cotta beer, faintly hazy. Mineral nose, pharmaceutical, salicylic acid, even a bit plastic-like aroma. Sweet, but in a more or less acceptable way. Fruitiness is a bit chewing gum-like, but the mineral and certainly the pharmaceutical streak dwindled in favour of a light lemony/lactic acidity. Spritzy, light, almost refreshing. Strange - nose and flavour absolutely don't correlate much. Still, for a country as Romania, it's not without merit.

Süffiger, süß-säuerlicher Beginn mit fruchtig-salzigen Noten plus einem Hauch von Rosmarin. Erfrischend, die Säure ist angenehm dosiert, spritzig. Gefällt. 11/8/9/9//9

Hazy pinkish red beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh juicy raspberries, mild sourness. Taste of juicy raspberries, mild refreshing sourness, salty, easy to drink.
