Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts this kolsch style ale boast flavors of lightly toasted biscuits, pear and floral notes. This brew is crispy, effervescent & satisfying.

LCI, crisp and clean but lost in the background noise of the week.

Sampled from the tap at Lovecraft. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has light straw and grains with a bit of hay underlying. Flavor has light sweet grains and hay with some straw in the finish.

Aromas are malt, wet grain, caramel, toast, fruit and a bit of solvent. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, loses the solvent and is slightly sweet. Body is a bit chalky and carbonation is okay. A tad heavier than a traditional kolsch.
