We found out that a long time employee LOVES carrots - like, has been detained at the airport for having too many carrots level love. Naturally, they have an incredible family recipe for carrot cake that we ripped off to make this absolute banger of a beer. It's neon orange, well spiced, and slightly tart to mimic cream cheese frosting.

Poured from the tap. Opaque bright orange with minimal white head. Odd, some vanilla, some nutmeg, feint herbaceous hint which I assume is the carrot.

Cloudy orange, small orange tinged head. Pleasant spiced nose of nutmeg/cinnamon. Similar palate, sweet bread, medium spices, with a hint of fruit.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange with a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Spicy aroma of bready pale malt, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, lactose, carrot juice, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon in a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and average carbonation. Gimmicky, but interesting and tasty. A little sweet, but makes a good dessert beer.

(Can) Pours cloudy orange with short-lived loose pale orange head. Aroma is primarily cinnamon. Medium bodied, smooth, with good carbonation. Taste is slightly sour with plenty of cinnamon. There’s carrot, notes of other spices, vanilla and lemon. Very unusual and rather pleasant.
