Using the American hop variety cascade hops gives the beer a nice floral and fruity citrus flavor. The small amount of dark malt in the recipe also gave the Midnight Cascade a beautiful dark color. Unlike the golden/yellow color we are used to from an IPA

Can at home, black beer, small head. citrus, hops, malt. Taste is the same, bitter, citrus, malt, light roast. ok, bit weak tbh
