Our new Birthday IPA! And it's Simcoe's time to shine. Well Simcoe and Nelson...and a touch of Ekuanot. Oh and heaps of Citra and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool. It's good. It's really really good. Happy Birthday us.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 15 May 2026) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and lemon. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, orange, lemon, pineapple, peaches, white bread and a mild citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Steady white head, spotty lacing, unclear golden body. Promising aromas of pineapple and peaches. True to the style with a taste of pineapple, grapefruits, and wheat. Semi-dry juice fruity ending. Just okay and refreshing, just a bit boring though. (Tromsø, 11.04.2026).

Can shared thanks to Alexander. Very hazy pale yellow golden. Massive dank hops, oats, almonds, zesty, grapes, gooseberries, kiwi. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, a bit watery and dry finish.

440ml can at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light vinous. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, dry, vinous, light soapy floral, tart pineapple grapefruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

440ml Can - Murky golden yellow with a foamy head. Grapefruit, hop resins, lemon and some slightly oniony notes in the aroma. Hop resins, onions, grapefruit, lemon and papaya in the taste.

Can from Craft Tooting 13/08/2024 Fruity notes of red grapefruit, papaya, tangerine, gooseberry, citrus peel, hop spice, sweetish malty backing with a robust balanced bitter hoppy close. Very nice.
