Our new Birthday IPA! And it's Simcoe's time to shine. Well Simcoe and Nelson...and a touch of Ekuanot. Oh and heaps of Citra and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool. It's good. It's really really good. Happy Birthday us.

440ml can at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light vinous. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, dry, vinous, light soapy floral, tart pineapple grapefruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Light crisp pine. A nice light savoury hop skunk. Crisp pine. Nice juicy citrus, bright and with a modest but pleasing touch of stone fruits. Light crisp finish brings a mild hop spice. Bright and quaffable.
