Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is herbal with spicy peppery yeast, pale malt, soft fruits, mild floral notes, a touch of sweetish citrus and lemon. Flavour is above moderate sweet with some salty notes. Body is medium. Doesn't drink like a Hefe, it's rather herbal and botanical. Okay.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch ..., 17/10/24. Golden blonde topped with a white head. Nose is grass, grains, sea salt, herb, airy malts, lemon rind. Taste comprises wheaten bread, clove, straw, grass, herb, salt kiss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid refresher but more wheat beer than hefe!

Keg at 'IF Ain't Dutch ..'. Hazy yellow gold with a small bubbly off white head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Different! The traditional wheat beer flavours are here but are nicely offset by a bright salinity at the end. One of those beers where I was just curious to try and ended up being pleasantly surprised, it works well.

330ml can. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, snow white head. Wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and floral hoppy aroma, hints of banana, a touch of chamomile. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and floral hoppy, hints of banana, a touch of chamomile, yeasty-spicy overtones with a touch of mustard seed. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy carbonation. Nice spicy aspects - pretty decent.
