Tap at Arendsnest. 8th June 2023. Pours clearish. Aroma is yeasty and spice. Taste is yeasty, more like a wit beer, which I don’t like. Not my thing

Can sample, smallish head, quite clear very light orange, some banana, cardamom, clove and samphire which gives a sea saltiness feeling mainly in the aftertaste and a whiff in the flavor balancing a pleasant sweetness. intriguing.

33 cl. can @ home, bought @ Jumbo, Culemborg.
Hazy dark yellow with a white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Sweet taste with a sour and salty note. Low bitter finish. Strange but interesting and tasty.

33cl Fles bij Vloed, Dishoek. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Tarwe, zeekraal, hint van verbena, duindoorn haal ik er niet uit. Minder verfrissend dan verwacht. Mwah.

0.33 l bottle from 'Jumbo' (Breskens), best before May 2023, tried just a few hundred metres off the coast and only a few kilometres away from the brewery. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly yeasty, gently fruity-floral and quite herbal-spicy aroma of clove, nutmeg, lemon balm, sea buckthorn and hints of banana. Just slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite dry, rather herbal and moderately fruity-floral taste of lemon balm, sauerkraut, sea buckthorn, clove and nutmeg, followed by a medium long, rather herbal, quite dry, slightly minerally finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very interesting, refreshing beer, hard to categorize. I like it, many people apparently don't. Maybe it's because of the setting, or because others don't like herbed beers that much.

@ In de Koning, Waterlandkerkje. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, lemon, wheat, light salty notes. Easy drinkable. Refreshing.

Thuis uit een blikje. Gele kleur, licht troebel, redelijk wit schuim. Geen echte hefeweizen vind ik. Zilte smaak en nasmaak overheerst te veel, matig bier.

Tap at Bierbarry. Hazy pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, salty pinch, lemon peel. Moderate sweet and bitter, bit salty/sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.
