Pale clear straw, with no head. Tart green apples, white wine. Tart and green. Light mustardy herbal. Tart, light sweet, light bitter greens. Medium body and soft carbonation. | [2021-04-07 23:36:36] - Locatie: SjogroWorld™ - Comment: {labels} | [2021-04-07 23:36:47] - Locatie: SjogroWorld™ - Score: 3.7 - Comment: 1 yr older. Very pale straw with no head. Sweet and sour applejuice, twigs, tannins. Very much a Dutch cider. Like a very appley white wine. Soft fizz, light oily mouthfeel. Pleasant and easy drinker.

Bottle shared big thanks to sjogro. Clear very pale straw with greenish hue and a ring if white bubbles. Tart apples, dry apple peel, pear, quite some minerals and dry earthy notes, green leaves, white grapes, gooseberries. Light sweet and bitter, under medium sour. Over light bodied with dry mineral finish. Decent, but needs more tree tannins and sweetness.
