Draft. Cloudy pink. Smells of raspberry mostly, probably some sour cherries. The taste is everything... Raspberry, salt, mild lacto, some pickle yeast. Good body and mouthfeel. A nice unbeer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy red. Jammy cherries and berries, a bit of rhubarb, lacto, sour with a sweetish note. Great stuff, refreshing.

Tap. Bright red color with white head. Aroma is berries, rhubarb, light wheat, nice jam. Taste is berries, rhubarb, jammy, not too tart. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun, but it could be a bit more mineraly and less lactose.

On tap at Frisches Bier. Super red light haze, looks amazing. Raspberry strawberry on the nose. Nice balance of sweet and sour, not too dry, though limited complexity. I like it!

Tap at Frisches Bier. Bright red, light pinkish head. Berry nose. Medium light, light metallic, lactose like sweetness, rhubarb dry notes, fruity retronasal. Fruchtgrütze.
