Deep Red hazy color, small white head. smells berry notes, jammy, light Joghurt, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, spices, heavy, cherry skins, Marzipan. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, berries and Marzipan. Nice one, a bit on the heavy side somehow, good but a tad too heavy for me

Reddish brown color, tiny white head. smells vanilla, earthy, bit oxidized, red wine, Marzipan, very nice geeky smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes red wine, citric, grassy, earthy, tobacco, cherries, oxidized. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of vanilla, oxidation and earthy notes. Nice stuff, geeky, and spices forward, tad on the sour side

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with MiroB, Luka, kajser27. Ruby with almost no head. Intensive cherries, quite sour, bit acetic. Vinous and a bit musty.

750mL bottle at La Fruitière, pours a deep dark pinkish red, no head. Aroma has plenty of tannic cherries, red wine barrels, and moderate funk. Flavour is bone dry, with tons of musty red wine barrels, a touch of cherries, and light funk. Musty, tannic, dry, and flat carbonation. Very nice.
