Blend of 1,2,3 years old lambic with Gorsem cherries. After one year of maceration with the cherries on barrel the cherry lambic was transferred to a Bordeaux barrel for another year of aging.

750mL bottle at La Fruitière, pours a deep dark pinkish red, no head. Aroma has plenty of tannic cherries, red wine barrels, and moderate funk. Flavour is bone dry, with tons of musty red wine barrels, a touch of cherries, and light funk. Musty, tannic, dry, and flat carbonation. Very nice.

[2020 Vintage] 750mL bottle at La Fruitiere. Pours murky deep red with no head. Juicy red grapes on the nose. Flavour is quite acidic, juicy red grapes, and a little dry funk. Solid

0,75l from bottle at 1280 Station. Deep Red hazy color, small white head. smells berry notes, jammy, light Joghurt, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, spices, heavy, cherry skins, Marzipan. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, berries and Marzipan. Nice one, a bit on the heavy side somehow, good but a tad too heavy for me
