From one Getränkmarkt in Interlaken, in june 2023. Best before 10/23, opening this bottle yesterday, at home, relax with my son a bit sick. This one was nice for the style, really smooth and malty and bready at the mouth, yeasty, a bit fruity, bitter, 25.03.24

Clear dark golden beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of sweet breadish malt, cereals, caramel. Taste of sweet breadish malt, cereals, sugary.

Bottle from 🇨🇭. Grainy malty beginning. Slightly bitter with hints of nuts and earth. Bready grainy bitter in the aftertaste, a bit sticky.
