A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double IPA style.

2024 can from Trader Joe's. Pours a clear deep gold with a finger of off-white head that dissipates. Lovely aromas of pine, grapefruit flesh, grapefruit zest and honey. Honey more prevalent on the palate with loads of pine and citrus zest. More grapefruit, honey and pine lingering on the finish. Great stuff as usual!
