Bottle, 75cl corked. It's a lightly hazy one, orange in color and with a small white head. Apricot fruityness, sour fruityness, a light cheesy funkyness and some citrus. It's tart and full bodied, softly carbonated, with mostly fruity flavors. Apricot, citrus zest and yellow plums. Some melon. A touch of vinegar sourness. Lasting sour, fruity finish. Quite nice and intense this one. 241231

Solsletta Nyttår 2024. Orange color with a white head. Aroma and flavor is vinegar, peaches, sourness, fruit, funk, citrus, plum

Murky pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: funk, apricot bit in the backseat, barrel with bit of a sulphur. Taste: funk, apricot, oak barrel, marmelade. Really good, complex, well balanced.

Bottle at BBT september 2021. Med-high sourness, pleasant complexity in the sour character and funk present. Med-high apricot too, also med-light tart, hint of tannins. Intense, tasty, quite good.

Bottle shared at a tasting a Max's place. Cloudy yellow, no head. Funk, oak, apricot, sour, acidic, a bit of vinegar, lemon. Good but a bit too acidic.

ABV: 5.78%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, tart, apricot, stone fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, apricot, sharp, vinegar alike acetic, funk, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
