Bottle shared at oedipus many thanks to Seth. A hazed onion brown coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is earthy funk, ginger lime zest, little soapy,. Complex. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart lemon, ginger, cinnamon, wood, light tart, earthy grains,. Palate is semi sweet, prickly, moderate carbonation. Complex funk.

ABV: 6.3%. Bottle # 20/120. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, flemish sour, barrel, vinous, berries. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes - wine, flemish sour, barrel, vinous, red wine, berries, rum - rye whisky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190910]

hazy brownish-amber colour moderate sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma of lemony, wine cellary, woody, unripe fruity (plum, apricot?), slight acetone and vinegar notes; taste of lemon juice, acetic acid, bready, unripe fruity, vinous and maybe elderberry notes; good one!
