A DDH IPA with Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe hops made in collaboration with the Navarrese brewers of Saltus. Pale golden in color, with white head and slight turbidity. In aroma and flavor, citric and stone fruit notes stand out with a resinous and herbaceous finish.
Malts: Low Color Maris Otter, oat malt and flaked oats.
Hops: Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe cryo
Double dry hopping: Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe cryo
