Pale malt provides the base, Carapils and Wheat added for body, along with Dextrose and Lactose. Cascade hops for bittering. Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe in the whirlpool and for dry hop addition. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.

Sample at SBWF 2018. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Mild and easy to drink with citrus, hops and some tropical fruit. The body was on the light side.

Lane. Dość siurowate, na pierwszym planie aromat białych owoców i spoconej pachy. Dość wytrawne. Goryczka średnia. Średnie.

Bottle at home. Pours clear golden amber, nose is grapefruit, orange, taste is sweet, citrus, toffee, little grassy.

Keg at Rose and Thistle, Frimley Green. Nil aroma. Opaque pale gold. Creamy white head. Light bitter. Citrus. Makes me think of a malted lemonade. The malts take the edge away from the citrus, which detracts from the overall flavour. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Dry finish. Certain my more interesting than my prior tick but more shandy than IPA.

Draft, half pint. Tasted on the 30/01/2018 at "Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell", London (England). cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and medium hoppy with some straw and wheat. Taste is citrus, malts and wheat. Medium hoppy and bitter finish. Next one please!

Tap@BRUS, Copenhagen - Golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity with a medley of citrus tropical fruit, notes of satsuma and peach, medium body, fruity hoppy close.

From tap. Pours golden yellow, almost clear. Small white head. Aroma s mi”d citrusy and floral hops. Mellow fruity. Peach and slight citrusy to grassy. Crisp hoppy and fruity finish.
