Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy golden yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: semi-spicy grassy hop spice with some pine strapped to it, semi-bright grapefruit further underneath, then seems like a mixture of caramel/toffee malts to some biscuity malts
Flavor: makes a decent effort to blend the prior noted aromas together but seems to fall just a wee touch short, so the spiciness is a bit lower than expected and the grapefruit seems to lose an edge, the malts seem confusing again; then the finish is somewhat piney; slightly grapefruity and caramel malty-ish
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; tries to be smooth along the tongue but some piney hop sharpness does want to become astringent, and eventually does fully get astringent
Overall: to be honest, I'm not entirely impressed with this beer, I believe it should be re-worked.

Lacks bite.
