24-06-19 // on tap at Muted Horn Taster last night. Schon verdammt lecker. Malty body with a mild hoppy bitterness. Very smooth and well balanced. Great mouthfeel. I like.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Amber pour with a white head. Nose of baked bread, citrus, quite floral. Flavours of white bread, cold tea, citrus, dried fruit. Lots of bitterness in the finish.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, light amber. Foam of loose, off white bubbles. Nose has sweet grain. Toffee. Grassy hop leaf. Some candied fruit. Taste has a light toffee sweetness. Fairly grassy, leaky bitter too. Light to medium body. Fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 14/06/19. Light haze on a copper pour with a decent beige cap. Nose is biscuit malts, straw, floral notes, fruit rinds. Taste comprises toffee, biscuit, light herb, grassy, leafy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate bitterness. Fine for the style.
