Draught @ Brouwerij Troost - de Pijp, Cornelis Troostplein 21, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1072JJ. [ As Troost Pilsner ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, light yeasty, light herbs - vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, grain - herbal - floral, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170921] 6-3-6-3-11

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear golden, nose is biscuity, grassy, hay, taste is sweet, lemon, orange, floral.

Keg at the toorst Amsterdam September 2017... Amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft grassy grain fruit nose.. Herbal grassy fruits

Draught @ Troost "De Pijp". Clear yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, straw, grainy bitter. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation. Ok.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, perfumed juicy fruits off flavours, herbal. Taste is grainy, fruity, herbal. Bitter earthy-herbal finish. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Ok.

Tap @the brewery. Slightly unclear pale to medium golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Aroma malty, melon, grass. Light sweet and bitter, malty, bit fruity, grassy. Sweetbitter finish, light malty notes, light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonation, light-weight pilsner, bit to thin.
