On tap at Troost - Oud West, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, light grass, and straw. Flavour is quite herbal and vegetal, with grassy notes, straw and lots of herbal notes. Not what I seek in a pils. Too herbal.

150ml on tap at the brewpub Brouwerij Troost - de Pijp. A snow white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Clear yellow-gold body. Grainy nose, hints of herbal hops. Bread-like taste added by a touch of mild honeyed fruits and moments of subdued bitterness to the ending. Clean in the mouth. Decent version of the style. (Amsterdam 08.03.2018).
