12oz bottle from Drum Hill Liquor, Chelmsford, NH. A cloudy pale amber pour with a ring of white head; sweet aroma; grainy body with a slight sourness that’s quite refreshing. I was a bit uncertain about this when I saw the ingredients, but it’s actually a good summer refresher.

Bottled (New York C)
Slightly hazy orange color, decent white head. Herbal, grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Pale malty, light citrus and notes of herbs. Refreshing.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Giannone, 5/31/13

Aroma: The aroma is on the lighter side, with bread, grass, a little straw, and light herbal notes
Appearance: It pours a clear gold-orange color with a large, quick fading, foamy white head
Flavor: The taste is similar to the nose, it is light sweet and light bitter, malty and herbal
Palate: The body is fairly light, and it has so much carbonation that it hurts the drinkability
Overall Impression: This wasn't a favorite for me. The nose and taste are both fine, but nothing special, but where this one falls apart is that it is completely over carbonated. Its not great otherwise, but with a little more drinkability it could have been better.

Loose bottle from Mariano’s. Sweet, tickly nose. I poured straight into a Sam Adams glass to let the foam kick up, Find a few notes of a tart beer, a spongy head, and a light body like a pale cider. Slight tartness, more like a Bell’s Oarsman than anything, but a slightly denser pale malt body. Dandelion just seems to lend a slight bit of extra sweetness. A little gassy and bubbly.

Mostly clear gold, with a thick, frothy, well-sustained lace - nose of clean, pale maltiness, light tartness, subtle herbal notes, and the faintest hint of the dandelion - light bodied - nice, soft, frothy carbonation in the mouth - very clean, with no obvious flaws - lightly tart/acidic and floral up front - lightly bitter middle, with the dandelion mildly evident - mild sweetness pops up momentarily before a crisp, lightly tart, quenching finish - quite refreshing, and a nice surprise from Magic Hat.

Hey wow, its a Magic Hat beer that I like and not just like but maybe even love. Refreshing herbaceous nose with a good dose of citrus, not sure how much was dandelion there and how much was hops. Malts were soft, biscuity, semi-dry. More hebal citrus in the flavor, snappy, clean, very refreshing. Light hazy golden with a large foamy head.

Bottle. Light lemony malt aroma. Hazy straw gold with a large white head, white floaties. Sour malt, grassy hops, and strange plasticky-band-aid flavor. Light body, lively carbonation.

12 oz. bottle from The Beer Store. English pint shows me a hazy piss gold color with lots of particles floating tin the liquid. Nose is honey and pale malt. Taste is strictly pale malt with a very subtle flower essence. Light body with a short abrupt finish.

New Beer Distributors, NY 12oz ($2): Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is flowers, but not at their prime... more like the stems and leaves than the aromatic parts. Taste is like a mediocre blonde ale with some elements that I suppose are, in part, thanks to the flowers. Lightly hopped. Bready. This was worse than I thought it would be.
