Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, cucumber and pickles. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long cucumber and pickle finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A hazy pale golden colored beer with a small white head. Lots of cucumber on the nose, sour cucumbers mostly, with a spiced hint, some melon and a touch of yoghurt. It's medium to thin-bodied, softly carbonated and sourish, with a cucumber dominated flavor. Some spiced and yoghurty hints. Long finish. Refreshing, but too much on the cucumber side. 200912

Brekeriet Slice N Dice Gose with Cucumber 4.7% Hazy gold with a cucumber verging on pickle juice aroma that’s got some minerality to it. Fairly full bodied and dry. The taste is sweet tangy pickle juice. I’ve had weirder more pickle forward beers and this stays just below the line of over the top.
