Kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab, szalmasárga szín. Mindent uraló bors, mellette sós, fanyar illatok érezhetők. Intenzív borsos ízek, savanykás, enyhén sós háttérrel. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Isteni finom.

Can 33 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Distinct pepery nose. Medium body, tart with a dry fruitiness and again distict pepper notes. A very odd creation. 260623

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Greenish yellow colour. Light malty and hopy very stange salty aroma. Light bitter slaty flavor. Herbal, rosemary notes. It that pepper? Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle, 0.33l, 1 year old. Aroma of sauerkraut, salt, pepper, pickles and nutmeg. Pours hazy pale golden color with thin creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart vinous and grainy, following is funky, spicy, salty and peppery with smooth and crisp mouthfeel and spicy aftertaste. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Interesting combination, but vegetably note is a bit annoying...

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Nicehead with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are basil, salt, pepper, fruits, lactose acid and malt. Light sour finish.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, basil, heavy pepper and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 130620
