Our Citrus IPA strikes a perfect balance between hop intensity and drinkability. Although we use a small amount of grapefruit, Citrus gets its wonderful flavors from a mixture of hop products. The key hops are Mosaic and Simcoe with some other varieties in a supporting role

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: fairly thick looking orange cloudiness with a one finger finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: very grapefruity initially then seems to open up into a blended citrusy hop scent
Flavor: bittersweet through the grapefruity and other citrusy hop notes; finishes very citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some hop assertiveness along the tongue but not too much
Overall: nice enough AIPA that just needs to be smoothed out a little bit, I think I could still have this one again.
