Dried leaves, walnut nose. Clear copper, thin yellow. Caramel, pecan, dried leaves. Medium body, chewy, easy carbonation. Nice interpretation of the style.

Some bitter barley malt makes this a decently drinkable oktoberfest. Light bitter finish. Orange pour with ok head and lacing. Fizzy, with poignant barley. Lightly sugared malt. Tap at Pizzeria paradiso Dupont.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a large offwhite head. Decent head retention and fair lacing. Aroma of caramel, toasted malts, light fruity notes. Taste is caramel, nuts, light toast, apple and stone fruits. Medium bodied. Decent.
