Sample from 2017 Virginia Craft Brewers Fest, Charlottesville. Pours pale gold, hazy. Aroma is garbage water, light ginger. Flavor is grass, trash water, ginger. Yuck, to be honest.

4 oz draft pour at New District. Poured a mostly clear yellow with a small off-white head. Aroma was strong ginger - very nice start here. Herbal and light floral notes. Flavor was some spicy ginger and candi sugar notes. Needs a little more dry character to it, but the ginger was dialed in just about right. I’d drink this one again.

4 oz pour on draft at New District. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of big ginger, herbs, apple. Tastes of ginger, herbs, spice, light citrus and apple. Light body with a dry finish.
