Crushable - white wine - dry • It's about time we experimented with amyloglucosidase! That's the enzyme brewers use to make those Brut IPA's that have been popping up. We decided it would be fun to try it with a Kolsch beer which naturally has white wine notes. We also used Hallertau Blanc hops that have floral and, you guessed it, white wine notes. and then for more funsies we added some chardonnay grape must, why not! The result is a dry, crushable light beer with white wine notes. YAAAAS (spelled with exactly 4 A's)!

A little odd. Definitely one of those kolsches where the brewers seemed to be trying to do something else that failed then just called it a kolsch by default because nobody really knows what a kolsch is anyway. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Dry, and bitter end. Tap at brewery.
