Blonde, rich, hoppy. The hoppiest beer we’ve brewed to date; a real humdinger of an IPA with tremendous depth of flavour. We’ve not fined the casks to bring out the maximum impact of the flavours; embrace the difference! Using American and New Zealand hops including masses of dry-hopping in the cask.

What’s in it?
Low Colour Maris Otter, Wheat Malt from Warminster Maltings
Citra (USA), Mosaic (USA), Rakau (NZ)
dry hopped with Citra (USA), Mosaic (USA) and Rakau (NZ) hops from Charles Faram of Malvern

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Soft malts, a little grainy sweetness. Soft pine. Lame citrus. Bored before at first sip.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol February 2015. Pale gold in colour, with a decent, white, head. Sharp lemon and pineapple aroma with plenty of grassy hops. Flavour had creamy malts, more citrus fruits and a dry finish. Enjoyable.
