This amber-colored, malty, mild ale has been a mainstay in British pubs for hundreds of years. Ruby Dragon is smooth and satisfyingly malty, but not sweet. It finishes with a hint of biscuity-nutty complexity from prized Maris Otter malt and a tiny bit of dark-roasted malt.

Light barley and wood chips. Pours clear maroon with good set of head. Great balance. Soft carbonation and creamy texture. Quite good for style. Tap at brewery.
