Our DOWN WITH THE RAJ Hazy Sour IPA is inspired by the classic mango lassi. We kettle-soured this with lactobacillus to give it a characteristic “zip”. Heavily dry-hopped with Amarillo, El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc early in fermentation. We added lactose during the boil and mango puree at the very end of fermentation to maximize the bright and fruit-forward mango character.

Decent hack at the style. Passion fruit and grapefruit, tangerine. Pours murky orange with great head and lacing. Light tangy finish with a little off woody type aroma. Big green onion. Tap at brewery.
