4 oz pour on draft at Barnhouse. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wheat, malt, citrus. Tastes of wheat, malt, light citrus, light herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Very nice kolsch.

Draft at the source. Cloudy variegated yellow color, white head. Aroma of light pepper and spice, fresh bread dough. Taste is lightly bitter straw and bread.

Very good for the style Pours cloudy golden with great head and lacing and a delicious bite of barley. Very drinkable but a clear step about your average barley, with crisp grainy finish and some notes of hay. Tap at Brewpub.

Draft at the source. Poured a very clear yellow color with a huge foamy white head. Aroma was light crisp notes, some light earthy. A touch biscuit malts. Clean and easy to drink. A bit boring though. Perhaps a good brew to consume when it gets real hot outside later in the year.
