Much like dark chocolate, the roasty and bitter flavors of stout pair beautifully with cherries. The brewing team used cherry puree in addition to their traditional stout grain bill, creating a dessert-like beer, reminiscent of a cherry danish. Iconic stout flavors of caramel and roast still shine through, on the back of delicate cherry and coffee aromas. This beer is full bodied and appreciably tart, yet easy to drink and refreshing.
