A misty 5.3% New England IPA using LAIII yeast. Soothsayer’s flaked oat backbone gives a chewy characteristic. A beautiful medley of Simcoe, Ekuanot and Amarillo make way for pineapple and crushed orange notes that linger on the palate, and on the mind.

Keg at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Grapefruit, pear, mango and pineapple aroma. Flavours of grapefruit, tangerine peel, apricot, mango. Lots of bitter citrus in the finish. Tasty.
