Can sample at the Amesbury Beer and Music Walk. Clearish yellow straw color, bubbles. Aroma of earthy leaves and apple cores. Taste is dry apple skins and apple flesh, dry finish. Delicious.

Pours golden with a short-lived frothy, white head. Aroma of dry yeast, apple juice. Taste has sweet apple juice that quickly fades to a dry, almost bitter finish. Palate has a very slight booze bite, almost the only distinguishing factor between this and a regular cider. Really well done.
