Draught at Barley House, 12/9/17.
Light golden-to-amber, not as dark as most viennas, with a small, off-white head atop that sits at a light covering. High clarity.
Unusually hoppy in the nose and a lot more citrus than expected. I wonder if they're using new hybrid German hops or just straight up American ones? Lots of lemon and other light citrus notes with light grain, cracker and such behind it. Clean.
Again with the strong lemon and citrus. Quite flavorful and not bitter or resinous, but just not what I think of hop-wise for a traditional vienna lager. Still, it's dry, crisp, clean and very drinkable, so I'm not going to complain.

Enjoyed on Easter 2017 weekend at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a light beige head and nice thin creamy lacing. Fruity malts nose with grassy hops and hints of caramel. The taste has less hops present, but the fruitiness and light cereal, caramel malts. Mild dryness in the finish. Lacking some cereal malts to be a Vienna, but and easy-drinking amber brew.
