From tap at Departed Soles, New Jersey. Aroma is sweet malt with spicy notes, caramel, clove, candied/dried fruits, touch of marzipan. Sweet flavour, lightly bitter. Above medium body. Quite a spicy Tripel, almost drinks like a little spiced liqueur.
