Our German-style Helles Bock is a robust beer with a rich gold color and bright clarity. It has a grainy sweet, honey malt flavor with mild toasted notes. It finishes dry with some strength from alcohol and has an herbal flowery hop character that is in balance in every sip. It’s very well rounded with malt, hops, and alcohol all working together. A nicely attenuated finish enhances drinkability.
