[ As Glasshouse Not Today, Nibs ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, light hazelnut. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice, cocoa, sweet malt, dark malt, dusty, milk chocolate, dark chocolate - coffee, light hazelnut. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190802]

Keg at The Farmer's Boy, St Albans, Herts. A dark brown coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Coffee, chocolate, hazelnut aroma. Tastes similar coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, slight vanilla, very sweet indeed but a pleasant milk stout.

Keg at the mad Squirrel joint at Albans. An oily nut brown coloured pour with a fading tan hesd. Aroma is earthy cocoa, cold coffee grounds, smoke, damp campfire, light green pepper. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, milky coffee, green coffee bean, milky chocolate, vanilla. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, creamy, massaging carbonation.

Keg at Cork and Cage; opaque brown pour with a thin light tan head, aroma has coffee and chocolate, taste has sweet milky coffee, chocolate, bitter coffee.

Keg at the Paper Duck, Harbone. Pours very dark brown with a thin head. Aroma is bitter coffee and cocoa. Taste has lots of bitter coffee and cocoa. Slightly sweet. All about the coffee.
