Caramel, lime zest, and rubber bands. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, grassy bitterness. Light, sticky, and a bit acrid. Pretty weak and fair.

Pours clear gold into a willi. White head with medium retention recedes to nothing. Lime aromas. Crisp with mild, tart lime and hay front to back. Lasting lime finish. Well made, but becomes a bit cloying so drink up.

Lime nose. Crystal clear amber, no head. Lime, paper. Light body, easy carbonation. Quite possibly the best of the series. Crisp, enjoyable, guilt free.

Single from the Mills River beer fridge. Clear, bright, medium gold with a quick-hitting soda head. Soapy lemon water nose. Spritzy, lemon-lime seltzer forward, slight grain, vapid toast, slight sweetness, a bit soapy. Crispy, thin, lightweight. Okay enough.
