Cask at Mad Squirrel, High Wycombe. Golden-amber with s white head. Average condition tending towards slightly flat - the cellaring on this one is not up to Mad Squirrel's usual standards. Flavour of orange up front with mild pine coming through and a little caramel and cream. Mild bitterness. Pleasant enough if unremarkable.

ABV: 5.5%. Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - sweet malt - fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops - dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Cask at MS HW, 03/05/19. Almost clear golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is orange pith, caramel, straw, sweet malts, melon. Taste comprises caramel malts, grassy, orange peel, residual sugars, faint pine, sticky stewed tropical fruits, light breads. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Passable cask IPA ... a touch overly sweet and cloying at times.

Cask at the brewery tap Berkhampstead. A clear mid orange coloured pour with a lasting uniform white frothy head. Aroma is grassy citrus, lime zest, some creamy caramel malts,. Palate is semi sweet, soft, stixky resinous hop stixky. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, caramel, grassy hop, chewy pine,. Little bit rough round the edges.
