From one Getränkmarkt, Interlaken, in june 2023. Opening and sharing this bottle, yesterday with my wife, at home. Fair and refreshing pale ale/lager, malty, dry and mineral, a bit crispy, carbonated, tasty aromatic and floral hop, bitter, 16.07.24

Almost clear golden beer. Aroma of grainy malt, straw, cereals, citra. Taste of mild citrusy hops, pale malt, cereals and breadish malt.

opalescent pale golden colour, moderate sized off-white head;aroma of lemon zesty, lemony, pear, some nutty, rye bread crusty , floral and herbal notes; taste of linden honey, some grapefruity-citrusy, herbal, roasted nutty and bread crusty notes; really enjoyable one
