By blending a classic Witbier/blanche yeast strain with a New England Ale strain and implementing moderns (double!) dryhop techniques, we have created this delicious hybrid beer: Beautifully contemporary, hazy and juicy with a traditional belgian flaire and drinkability. The best of both worlds!
