Ambrée style anglais, tirant légèrement sur la bière brune. Arômes de caramel, pop corn, thé, final round et beurré.

It is a fairly pale ale/bitter, on the American way, watery, hop, malt, a bit fruity, makes the job of the beerman to cut the thirst, 24.09.17, directly at the owner, comptoir, Lausanne, last edition.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. La finezza olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e la persistenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si riportano indizi di caramello, miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Auf der dunklen Seite die Farbe ist. Geschmacklich war hier kein Padawan am Werk, meisterlich der Einsatz galaktischen Hopfens, stark geröstet wie Anakin auf Mustafar.

hazy amber colour, huge, dense and stable beige-ish ecru head; aroma of butterscotch, biscuits, toasted rye bread and slight roaste nutty notes; taste has the same notes with less intensity; correct one, though I,m not sure that it is an APA
