hazy pale-yellow colour, medium sized dense yellowish off-white head; aroma of unripe fruits (pear and peach), some citrusy and (rotten) vegetables; taste of hoppy bitterness, unripe fruits and some vegetables again, bready-malty, as well as spicy notes; won't be my favourite, but at least drinkable

03.08.2022 - 0.33l bottle from the brewery, bb 11.06.2022. pours a hazy very light yellow with a big frothy head. aroma of funk, citrus, herbs, apricots, a hint of vinegar. flavour of lemon, minerals, green apricots. dry, chalky mouthfeel. refreshing.
