In 2018, Dr. Brauwolf in (ZH) and Gab's in Puidoux (VD) teamed up and initiated a beer series called “Röstigraben.” In doing so, this collaboration would build a bridge over a divide that can only be found in Switzerland. Now in 2022, this edition of Röstigraben is a collaboration between three Swiss breweries: 7Peaks (Morgins, VS), Dr. Brauwolf and Dr. Gab’s, with a special focus in mind (malted) oats as the main ingredient of our national Birchermüesli!
