Mosaic & Galaxy IPA.

Unlike stars, planets don't twinkle. Stars are so distant that they appear as pinpoints of light in the night sky. Our Milky Way galaxy is home to at least 100 billion alien planets, and possibly many more.
The galaxy is located 3.8 billion light years away, and there is not the slightest chance of observing these planets directly, not even with the best telescope one can imagine.

Malts: Golden Promise, Extra Pale Ale, Wheat, Oats, Flaked Wheat
Hops: Mosaic, Galaxy

440ml can. Opaque golden with small white head, great retention. Ripe tropical fruits on the nose, mango, papaya, quite dank, grassy too. Taste is typical juicy tropical fruits, mango, papaya, dank and weedy, some pine and hop spice, pithy bitterness. Medium bodied, thick smooth texture, soft carbonation. Wonderful IPA, not quite as great as Planets Don't Twinkle mind you.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Milky yellow. Slim, slightly leggy, bright white head. Nose has milky oats. Green, leafy hop. Jif lemon juice. Smells like a milkshake with hop oil added. Taste is a pretty awful mix of oaty sweetness and harsh, green leaf bitterness. Mouthfeel is harsh, too. Medium to heavy, oily body. Low carbonation. Harsh bitterness to finish, with more of the milky, oaty sweetness. Grim. Very nearly went down the sink, but I hate waste.

Month old Can at home in the garden, from Mother Kellys, 29th June 18. Pours cloudy milky yellow, looks lovely. Aroma is tropical fruit, some citrus. Taste is full of fruit, tropical and ripe citrus, a little bitterness. Really good, I preferred this to the Even Sharks the night before.
