[ As Fat Pig Long Pig Weissbier ].
ABV: 4.2%. Hazy - murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, light citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, yeast, wheat, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190724]

13/7/2019. Cask at the The Fat Pig Freehouse, Exeter. Pours clear golden with a small white creamy head. Aroma of wheat, hops, yeast, citrus, light herb and hint of banana. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with a hint of tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Cask @ The Fat Pig, Exeter. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits, hops and has a nice bitter finish.
