Personally, it was a good surprise, a lovely way to brew a beer that it is a mix between a pils and a white ipa, dry malt, mineral, floral notes of hop, dry hop, grapefruit, citrus, so refreshing even a cold wave arriving and a windy day, 04.04.21, at Bonfol.

Color dorado claro, velada, espuma blanca y efervescente bien retenida. Delicado y sutil aroma a levadura, malta con recuerdos de cilantro y naranja. Finamente carbonatada en boca, ligeramente dulce, notas de levadura, galleta, malta, algo de especias, final suavemente amargo. Ligera, muy bebible y fácilmente disfrutable.

Bottle. Malty spicy aroma and taste, ligbt herbal notes, medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty spicy bitter finish. Ok.
20-06-21 // 330ml bottle. Refreshing. Crisp. Slightly Pilsner-like yet softer maltier. Good.
